Match Report: 

Another successful Argyll Junior Badminton League took place last Sunday in Oban as players and supporters packed out Atlantis Sport and Leisure Oban.

Participants travelled from far and wide to attend: entries from Campbeltown, Dunoon, Bute and Mull to name a few.

We were pleased to see girls making over a quarter of entries this tournament, building on their representation each session.

After many exceedingly close matches across three divisions, Congratulations go to :

Division A winner Hamish (Mull)

Division B winner Ruairidh (Oban), and

Division C winner Thomas (Oban)

About the Leagues:

The Argyll Junior Leagues are a series of FREE tournaments open to all 8-18 year olds with no geographical restrictions, allowing young players to have fun and develop full-court playing skills.

Our next tournament is on Sunday 26th April at Lochgiphead (Mid Argyll Sports Centre).
